Hey, I'm Simona. I probably was where you are right now.
I didn't become a coach because I read a few personal development books. I became one because I know what it's like to build a life that looks successful on the outside, yet feel empty on the inside and I want to help people not to live this way!
— CHAPTER ONE
The Disconnect That Started Quietly
For years, I was deeply focused on my work. The disconnection didn't begin as a crisis. It started quietly, with me telling the people closest to me, "I'm just in a busy phase."
I missed dinners, weekends, and promises. I kept telling myself I would come back to my partner, my family, and even my own needs after the next milestone.
On paper, everything was working. But inside, I was hurting.
Conversations at home became shorter. I avoided difficult talks with my partner and family because I was too tired and because I was afraid that opening that door would make everything fall apart.
I spent 20 years in marketing, building my career while neglecting my relationships. I started to believe something was wrong with me, especially when I compared myself to other people who seemed to have both success and balance.
"
My life felt smaller than my work.
— THE REALIZATION THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

— CHAPTER TWO
The Question That Pushed Me to Look Deeper
That question pushed me to look deeper. What I felt was wrong? So, I read books, watched videos, traveled, and eventually realized I needed more support.
I went on retreats, spent time in Buddhist monasteries, met shamans in South America, and studied personal development, neuroscience, metaphysics, and emotional burnout.
Slowly, I found my way back to myself. I learned how to focus on what matters most and build both my business and my relationships with more clarity and intention.
— THE LONG WAY HOME
Where I Went Looking
The path back to myself didn't come from one book or one mentor. It was assembled — slowly, deliberately — from four very different worlds.
i.
Buddhist Monasteries
Silence, stillness, and the practice of sitting with what I had been outrunning for two decades.
ii.
Shamans in South America
Ancient frameworks for understanding the parts of ourselves modern productivity never asks about.
iii.
Neuroscience & Mindset
The science behind why high achievers self-sabotage — and how the brain rewires itself when given the chance.
iv.
Burnout & Emotional Work
The honest, structured study of what burnout actually costs — and what real recovery requires.
— CHAPTER THREE
That's Where Many of My Clients Find Themselves
On the outside, their business is growing. On the inside, their closest relationships feel strained. They're afraid of losing the people who were there before the pitch decks and deadlines.
They've tried working harder, managing their time better, and reading more books. But none of that has changed how disconnected they feel.
I work with business and career-focused clients at that exact crossroads — helping driven people strengthen their relationships while continuing to grow their careers or businesses.
This isn't about hype. It's about becoming grounded, present, and connected again; so your success doesn't come at the cost of your relationships.
— HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Three Things We Focus On Together
i.
Recognize the Patterns
The ones that quietly damage relationships under pressure. We make them visible because you can't change what you can't see clearly.
ii.
Have the Real Conversations
Learning to have direct, human conversations: instead of shutting down, reacting, or disappearing into work when it matters most.
iii.
Build a Life That Lasts
Designing a business and a life that can both hold, so your career and the people you love aren't competing for what's left of you.
