Boundaries Coaching that Brings You Back to the People Who Matter
You're still checking email at dinner. Still thinking about that meeting when your kid is talking. Still promising yourself "after this project" and the project never ends. Boundaries coaching is the work of finally separating who you are from what you do.

— 01 / THE QUIET INVASION
When Work Follows You Everywhere
Including Home
It doesn't announce itself. It doesn't send a calendar invite. It just shows up. At dinner, on Saturday mornings, in the middle of a conversation that deserved your full attention.
◈
You're physically at dinner, but mentally still in the last meeting.
◈
You open your phone "just to check one thing" and 20 minutes disappear.
◈
Your partner has stopped sharing the small things because you were never really there for them anyway.
You're proud of what you're building. You're also aware, on quiet evenings, that you're building it alone.
◈
◈
The people closest to you have quietly learned not to expect too much.
◈
You tell yourself "after this project", but there's always another project.
The problem isn't that you work hard. The problem is that work doesn't know when to stop and you haven't yet built the boundary that tells it to.

What Boundaries Coaching Actually Is
Boundaries coaching is a structured, forward-focused 1:1 engagement that helps professionals rebuild separation between their work identity and their personal life, so they can be fully present with the people who matter, without giving up the ambition that drives them.
It's not about working less. It's about working differently. With a clear internal signal for when work ends and real life begins. Because the version of you that builds the career isn't the version that holds the people who love you.
We don't optimize your calendar. We rebuild your relationship with presence itself.
What Boundaries Coaching Is NOT
→
Not therapy.
Forward-focused and structured, built around how you live and lead now.
→
Not time management.
You don't need another productivity system. You need a self that knows when to stop.
→
Not mindset coaching.
We're not rewiring internal patterns. We're rebuilding your presence in real life.
→
Not couples coaching.
Your partner doesn't need to attend. This is your work.
— 03 / Who This Is For
Two Profiles I Work With Most
— Profile 01
The Ambitious Professional
You have a career you're proud of. You work hard, deliver results, and keep moving forward. But somewhere along the way, work stopped being something you do and became something you are.
You're not looking to slow down. You're looking to stop bringing the job home with you, in your head, in your mood, in the way you show up at dinner.
— Profile 02
The Builder (Founder or Entrepreneur)
You started something. It's working, or getting close. The hours are real. So is the cost: the people who matter to you have started to compete with the business for your attention. And the business keeps winning.
Boundaries coaching helps you build like a founder and show up like a person. At the same time.
— 04 / The Method
The Three Conversations That Change Everything
Boundaries coaching moves through three conversations. Not exercises, not frameworks. Conversations. Because the inability to switch off is, at its core, a relationship problem. With work. With yourself. With the people waiting for you to come back.
01
Conversation 01
The Pattern
We make visible the exact moments where work invades your personal space. The triggers, the habits, the stories you tell yourself about why you can't stop. You can't change what you can't see clearly.
02
Conversation 02
The Boundary
We build your internal signal. The clear, embodied sense of when work ends and real life begins. Not a rule on a calendar. A felt shift in how you arrive in a room, in a conversation, in a moment.
03
Conversation 03
The Life That Holds
We redesign the architecture of your week so that the career and the people who matter aren't competing for the leftover version of you. A life where both can grow, not just one.
— 05 / The Outcome
From Always Working to Actually Present. What Changes
These are the changes clients describe after 3–6 months of boundaries coaching. Small on the surface. Everything, underneath.
Before
- Dinner with the phone on the table
- "Just finishing this " that never ends
- Weekend mornings with email open
- Physically there, mentally elsewhere
- Friends who stopped inviting you
- Proud of the career, empty at home
After
✓ Dinner where everyone actually talks
✓ 6 PM means something real
✓ Weekend mornings that belong to you
✓ Where you are, you're fully there
✓ Friends who know you're available
✓ Proud of the career and of who you still are at home
— 06 / WHY WORK WITH ME
I Learned This the Hard Way First
I spent 20+ years inside marketing. Agencies, senior roles, the kind of career that earns respect and quietly costs everything else. I missed dinners, missed weekends, kept telling people I was "just in a busy phase."
The closest relationships in my life thinned out while my career compounded. It took retreats, time with teachers in South America, and years of studying neuroscience and emotional burnout to find my way back.
That's the work I do with my clients now. Not theory. Not borrowed frameworks. The exact work I needed and couldn't find.
